4 p.m. AFTERNOON UPDATE: KSP arrests Jaggers on multiple charges

GLASGOW — On Wednesday at 11 p.m., Kentucky State Police Post 3 Trooper Shae Foley responded to a collision on Fairview Boiling Springs Road in Warren County.

According to Trooper Foley, the operator, Keirsten Jaggers, 47, of Smiths Grove, was traveling on Fairview Boiling Springs Road when she failed to negotiate a left-hand turn at the intersection of Fairview Boiling Springs and Boiling Springs Road. Jaggers then struck an earth embankment and came to final rest against a residence located in that vicinity.

Jaggers was arrested on the following charges: reckless driving; criminal mischief, first; wanton endangerment, first (two counts); DUI, first; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense; prescription drug not in proper container; and possession of drug paraphernalia

Jaggers was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.

The investigation is still ongoing and is being led by Trooper Shae Foley.
