3:45 SATURDAY OBITUARY UPDATE: Annetta Vibbert - GLASGOW

EDMONTON — Annetta Vibbert

GLASGOW - Annetta Boling Vibbert, 72, of Glasgow, died Friday, June 14, 2013, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. A native of Hawesville, she was a daughter of the late Lenard and Naomi Alvey Boling.

She was a retired librarian at Park City School, a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and a member of the Southern Kentucky Choral Society.

Survivors include her fiance Sam Bodine, of Glasgow; four children, Justina Vibbert Miller and husband E.J., Paul Vibbert and wife Katherine, Kenneth Ray Vibbert and wife Jane, and Charlotte Vibbert; five grandchildren, Lori Austin, Travis Vibbert, Andrew Vibbert, Sarah De la Torre, and Annetta Jo Smith; two brothers, Larry Vibbert and Ernest Vibbert; four sisters, Delores Trogdon, Wanda Greenwood, Nina Cameron and Cheryl Trunnel; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Charlie Vibbert; one brother, Lenard Alton Vibbert; and one sister, Judith Carol Boling.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with buril in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Immanuel Baptist Church.
