Metcalfe County grand jury returns indictments

GLASGOW — A Metcalfe County grand jury convened March 4 and returned indictments.

• Robert A. Watt, 44, of Fountain Run, was indicted on one count of flagrant nonsupport.

Kelly Harbison from the Metcalfe Child Support Office testified.

• Troy A. McKinney, 30, of Edmonton, on one count of kidnapping, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and one count of third-degree terroristic threatening.

Latisha Malay Forman testified.

• Two co-defendants were indicted on charges related to incidents on December 31.

Robert L. Hutchinson II, 31, of Glasgow, was indicted on a single count each of manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense; unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; and operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence.

Kalen A. Bowman, 18, of Glasgow, was indicted on a single count each of manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense; unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Metcalfe County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Allen Huffman testified.

• Two co-defendants were indicted on charges related to incidents on December 30.

Ramey L. Watkins, 40, of Edmonton, was indicted on one count each of manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Catherine Elizabeth Petrey, 47, as known as Katherine E. Petrey, of Edmonton, was indicted on one count each of manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.

Kentucky State Police Trooper Daniel Stephens testified.

• Two co-defendants were indicted on charges related to incidents on December 7.

Thor Polley, 33, and Tessy L. Polley, 38, both of Greensburg, were indicted on a single count each of third-degree burglary and third degree criminal mischief.

Metcalfe County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Allen Huffman testified.

The charges against the individuals are accusations, not convictions.
