Esters makes career of bread

GLASGOW — After trying out a variety of jobs, Gabe Esters came to a simple conclusion: He just wants to make bread.

Esters originally went to college for a history degree, but he didn’t know what career to pursue. After he worked a couple jobs out of college, he decided to pursue teaching and went back to school for an English degree. It was about the spring of 2007 that he said he decided he wanted to shift his focus from teaching to something new.
