A family of three, each charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, who were scheduled for trial in two weeks will have to wait awhile longer for a jury to hear their cases.
The trio were arrested Dec. 23 after they came to the Kmart parking lot to help two people they knew who were being arrested on outstanding warrants. The other couple had a minor with them and had thought the Miranda family could take their car and give the minor a ride home.
