GLASGOW — Merle Robbins

GLASGOW — Merle Jean Robbins, 83, of Glasgow, died Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, at Glenview Healthcare Facility. Born in Tulsa, Okla., she was the daughter of the late Edward O. and Gena Potter Gerkin and wife of the late Victor L. Robbins.  


Survivors include a son, John Robbins and wife Sarah, of Glasgow; a daughter, Blossom Mills and husband Bob, of South Bend, Ind.; six grandchildren, Cyrstal Smith of Adolphus, Michael Robbins of Bowling Green, Stephanie Stark of Glasgow, William Mills of Michigan, Robert Mills of South Bend, Ind. and Linda Mills of Indianapolis, Ind.; and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Blackwell.


Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Tuesday at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
