Hospital drops one defendant from lawsuit

Hutcherson removed from case about trademark infringement


T.J. Samson Community Hospital has agreed to drop one person from a federal lawsuit against a group wanting to be legally recognized as the rightful board of directors for the hospital, after that person said he didn’t want to be part of that group.

The Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of Claims Against Lyon Hutcherson was filed by the hospital’s attorneys Thursday in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky in Bowling Green.
