Judge continues David Graves’ pretrial conference

GLASGOW — A pretrial conference for Glasgow Police Department Lt. Col. David Graves has been continued until July 3, after some people who were subpoenaed were not there.

Graves is charged with assault, fourth degree (domestic violence), minor injury regarding an incident just after midnight Feb. 19. He is accused of kicking the person lodging the complaint, causing her to hit her head on the corner of a couch.

GPD Chief Guy Turcotte, Kentucky State Police Trooper Wesley Medley, who was a witness listed on KSP's citation charging Graves, and the person who lodged the complaint were all sent subpoenas, but only the last of those was present in the courtroom Thursday.
