A virtual presentation at the end of April will focus on providing help and information for caregivers of those struggling with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
“Late Stage Dementia and End of Life Care” will be presented through a video conference on April 25 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital, put on by the University of Kentucky Sanders Brown Center on Aging, Alzheimer’s Association and Kentucky TeleHealth Network.
The program is free and open to the public, and it will be a great resource for anyone who is a caregiver for a dementia patient or has a family member or friend with dementia, said Sarah Tarrant, clinical trials outreach coordinator at the Sanders Brown Center on Aging.
