Woman injured when car is side-swiped

GLASGOW — A Horse Cave woman was listed in fair condition Thursday after she was transported by helicopter to Louisville following a two-vehicle collision Wednesday morning.

Heather L. Waggoner, 24, was traveling west in her 2006 Chevrolet passenger car when a 2002 Chevrolet van driven by Deion E. Waggoner, also of Horse Cave, sideswiped her vehicle while trying to pass, according to a Barren County Sheriff’s Office press release.
