GLASGOW — TOP: Karson Dean, 7, documents information from an experiment using wind turbines. With him was his brother, Jacob, 10. Marla Ford, head of the library’s youth services program, assisted the boys with their experiment.

MIDDLE: Derek Oldenkamp and his son, Kennick, 4, listen as Joy Stryzek with the Friends of the Library talks about wind turbines. Later, the Oldenkamps and other families conducted an experiment using wind turbines.

BOTTOM: Philo Dean, 2, waits patiently while his mother, Keely, and his sister, Jaden, 6, do an experiment Thursday at the Mary Wood Weldon Memorial Library that involved the use of wind turbines.
