Ky. Transportation Cabinet PIO has history of DUI arrests


A DUI arrest last week was not the first for the person responsible for, among other things, issuing traffic safety advisories for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet office in Bowling Green.

Keirsten Jaggers, 47, of Smiths Grove, the public information officer for KTC’s District 3, failed to negotiate a left turn in Warren County on April 24, and her vehicle struck an earth embankment and came to rest against a residence in that vicinity, according to a KSP press release.
