8:55 a.m. MONDAY OBITUARY UPDATE: Edward Anthony Fritsch Sr. - FRANKLIN

FRANKLIN — Edward Anthony Fritsch Sr.

FRANKLIN – Edward Anthony Fritsch Sr., 57, of Franklin, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at the Veterans Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. He is the son of Joseph Fritsch and Elizabeth Soeder Fritsch. He was an Army veteran and had been attending St. Mary Catholic Church in Franklin.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Lynn Fritsch; three sons, Ed Fritsch Jr., Mike Fritsch and Ben Fritsch; two step-daughters, Amber Westmoreland and Megan Thomas; four brothers, Joe Fritsch, Herman Fritsch, Gary Fritsch and Kenny Fritsch; one sister, Verna Sauer; and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Glasgow Chapter No. 20 DAV will provide military honors at the cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 until 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
