8:16 EVENING UPDATE: Hospital executive no longer with T.J. entities

BOWLING GREEN — The Daily Times has learned that Tony Sudduth, the chief financial officer for T.J. Samson Community Hospital and its parent company, T.J. Regional Health, and chief executive officer for T.J. Health Partners, another subsidiary of T.J. Regional Health, no longer works for any of those entities.

The information was confirmed Friday evening by Laura Belcher, chief of planning and business development for the regional health company.

“Mr. Sudduth is no longer an employee or a representative of T.J. Regional Health, T.J. Health Partners, or T.J. Samson Community Hospital,” she wrote in an electronic message. “As an organization, our policies require that we keep employment information confidential out of respect for both parties. The current leadership team at T.J. Regional Health is united and handling the business of health care, ensuring that our residents of the region have excellent care available to them and their families.”

Sudduth started as CFO at the hospital and had been there seven years, Belcher wrote.

A call to Sudduth had not been returned as of this posting.
