3:05 AFTERNOON UPDATE: Couple charged in Glasgow arrested in Tennessee

COLUMBIA, Tenn. — A husband and wife under prosecution in Glasgow for practicing dentistry without a license have been arrested in Tennessee.

According to the Associated Press, Michael and Lana Richardson were jailed in Maury County, Tennessee, after police said they were practicing dentistry without a license.

Michael Richardson also has a criminal hold from Warren County, Tennessee, that stems from a probation violation after a 1994 conviction on impersonation of a licensed professional and unlawful practice of dentistry.

Columbia police said Michael Richardson was practicing at Amazing Smiles.

The two are being held without bond and were scheduled to be arraigned Friday. Jail officials did not know whether they had obtained attorneys.
