SATURDAY EVENING UPDATE: Two arrested on burglary, drug charges

GLASGOW — Kentucky State Police arrested two people after receiving a complaint at 11:55 p.m. Thursday of a suspicious vehicle on South Fork Terrace Road in Barren County, according to a release Saturday from KSP Post 3 in Bowling Green.

Troopers found Jennifer M. Huff, 21, of Glasgow, and John W. Jewell, 22, of Cave City, in the area. Both Huff and Jewell were charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were lodged in the Barren County Detention Center, according to KSP.
