Humps work to slow down speeding drivers

Residents, officials notice a difference

CAVE CITY — The installation of speed humps along Whitney Woods Road in Cave City has helped to slow motorists, according to one resident.

Ellen Thomason, who signed a petition along with 15 other residents initially asking for speed bumps to be installed to slow traffic on the road, said she can tell a difference in the flow of traffic.
