9:37 MORNING UPDATE: Glasgow woman arrested following domestic dispute

GLASGOW —

A Glasgow woman was arrested over the weekend after being involved in a domestic dispute.

Meranda J. Trivette, 37, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. Saturday by the Deputy Rodney Sponhouse with the Barren County Sheriff's Office at 1754 Tompkinsville Road and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree criminal mischief. She was transferred to the Barren County Corrections Center, according to a press release from the sheriff's office.

Trivette was arrested after her boyfriend, David Crawford, told Sponhouse she had fired a shotgun at him twice during the altercation, and that she had caused damage to his motorcycle after knocking it over, stated the release.
