3:58 AFTERNOON UPDATE: Sandra Flores Torres and Duane Thompson arrested

GLASGOW —

The Glasgow Police Department arrested two individuals during the last week of September.Sandra Flores Torres/Martha Esparza, 48, of Scottsville, was arrested Sept. 26 on a Barren County Circuit Court indictment warrant by Detective Aaron Cowan for theft of identity of another without consent, according to police citation.She remained lodged in the Barren County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of a $5,000 cash or approved surety bond, according to the jail website.Duane C. Thompson, 51, of Glasgow was rearrested Sept. 30 by Glasgow Police Department Officer Brandon Fletcher for previous charges: trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense; possession of controlled substance, second degree, drug unspecified; possession of marijuana; and drug paraphernalia, buy/possess, according to police citation.He was released about an hour later from the Barren County Detention Center on a $3,000 surety bond, according to the jail website.
