Man arrested for DUI after fleeing scene

GLASGOW — A Glasgow man was located and charged with DUI after he allegedly left the scene of a collision, according to Glasgow Police Department reports.

Hugo Gomez Ordonez, 24, was arrested Sunday by GPD Officer Scott Harmon and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, alcohol, etc. 0.08 or greater, second offense; leaving the scene of an accident; no operator's license; failure of nonowner operator to maintain required insurance, first offense; and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited, according to GPD reports.

He remained in the Barren County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of a $1,500 cash bond, according to the jail website.

 

Arrest warrant served

Andrew M. McCarthy, 25, of Glasgow was arrested Friday by GPD Officer Justin Kirkpatrick and served an arrest warrant. He is charged with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more.

He was released from the Barren County Detention Center on Saturday on a $5,000 unsecured bond, according to the jail website.

 

Greensburg man arrested

Brandon K. McCoy, 31, of Greensburg was arrested Sunday by GPD Officer Jacob Elmore and charged with no or expired registration plate; failure to produce insurance card; failure to wear seatbelt; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc. 0.08 or greater, first offense; possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited; and theft of motor vehicle registration plate/decal.

He remained in the Barren County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of a $1,500 bail credit with cash bond, according to the jail website.
