The first three are misdemeanors, but the last charge is a felony.
Harold J. Hester, 30, of 321 Frazier St., Glasgow, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant and an indictment warrant, according to a GPD report. He is charged with contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order; six counts of theft of identity of another without consent; theft by deception, including cold checks under $10,000; and persistent felony offender I, according to the GPD report. All but the contempt charge are felonies. He was released from the Barren County Detention Center on Saturday after posting $5,000 cash bail, according to the report.
Hai Van Ho, 47, of Glasgow, was arrested Friday and charged with having a rear license plate not illuminated; operating on a suspended license; possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), first degree, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer noticed the plate was not illuminated, according to a GPD report. No specific address was provided. The cocaine charge is a felony.
