9:05 MORNING UPDATE: Four arrested on warrants

CAVE CITY — Four people were arrested Thursday on warrants in Cave City, according to a release from the Cave City Police Department.

Timothy M. Jewell, 23, of Albany was arrested on a Barren County warrant for failure to appear on a violation of an EPO/DVO, a Hart County warrant for failure to pay on fourth-degree assault (with minor injury), third-degree terroristic threatening and criminal littering; and two Adair County warrants for failure to pay on alcohol intoxication and second-degree wanton endangerment.

Cliff L. Anderson, 34, of Cave City, was arrested on a Henderson County warrant for a probation violation on original charges of second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

Rachel D. Fox, 38, of Cave City, was arrested on a Christian County for failure to appear on an original traffic charge.

James G. Huff, 49, of Cave City, was arrested on a Barren County warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All four were taken to the Barren County Detention Center. 

Jewell was sentenced Thursday on a contempt of court charge and was released from jail Saturday. Anderson, Fox and Huff were all released from jail Friday, according to information posted on the jail's website.
