Police make arrests

GLASGOW —

A Glasgow man was arrested Monday by a Glasgow Police Department officer on an indictment warrant.

Justyn J. Vaughan, 20, is charged with fleeing or evading police, first degree; assault, fourth degree (domestic violence), minor injury; resisting arrest; and disorderly conduct, second degree.

He was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center in lieu of a total of $3,000 bail credit with cash bond.

Kenneth A. Smith, 46, and Selena K. Smith, 36, both of Glasgow were arrested by Glasgow Police Department officers on Saturday, each charged in warrants with trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense; trafficking in a controlled substance, second degree, first offense; and trafficking in a controlled substance, third degree, first offense.
