4:09 AFTERNOON UPDATE: KSP seeking information about body found on Old Dixie Highway

GLASGOW — Kentucky State Police are pursing information about a female body discovered in a vacant residence on Old Dixie Highway in Hart County.

State police post 3 troopers responded to the call 3:21 p.m. Saturday. The body had been found when the caller was checking on a stray dog that had been seen going in and out of the residence.

A photograph of the shirt the victim was wearing when her body was found is attached to this story.

Individuals who know any information regarding this case are asked to call Detective Erik Salman at 1-800-222-5555.

An autopsy was scheduled for Sunday in Louisville. There is no other information at this time. The investigation is still ongoing.
