Christian comedian comes to Glasgow

GLASGOW — Being a Christian certainly doesn’t have to mean being serious all the time, and comedian Jonnie W. is a prime example of that.

He’s bringing his brand of humor to Glasgow on April 30 for an evening of “clean, funny and inspirational comedy” that will also include a spaghetti dinner and silent auction.

Revenue from the dinner and show will be used to support the annual Reaching Youth on Time for Jesus concert.

“The RYOT is one event and this year we are doing many events leading up to the concert on Oct. 13,” said Neil Jeffries, pastor at Bethel United Methodist Church and one of the RYOT organizers.
