Police are looking for a Barren County woman and her two children who have been reported missing.
The woman, Mossie Sharon Logsdon, 28, and her sons were last seen in the Hiseville community Sept. 29, when they left their home on Reece Road, said Deputy Steve Clark with the Barren County Sheriff’s Department.
Logsdon’s van was found Sept. 29 at McDonald’s in Munfordville.
Logsdon is described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 189 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears glasses.
Her 8-year-old son, Robert “Buck” Logsdon, has brown hair and brown eyes and has a scar over his left eye. He is about 4 feet tall and weighs 79 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue warm-ups and a white T-shirt.
His brother, 4-year-old Seth Jon-Luc Logsdon is 3 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 43 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a red baseball shirt.
One of the children attends LeGrande Elementary School and according to Trevor Phillips, spokesperson for the sheriff’s department .Logsdon did call the school to let them know that she and the children are OK.
“We at least know she is alive, but we can’t locate her,” Phillips said.
