Glasgow police arrested four individuals for suspected drug activity Thursday at a room in the Comfort Inn on Cavalry Drive. Around 2:30 p.m. officers arrived after receiving complaints of possible drug activity in the room. They discovered two of the suspects inside along with prescription drugs and paraphernalia. Later, officers returned around 6 p.m. and found two other individuals at the same room with prescription pills and paraphernalia, according to a Glasgow police report.

Linda Rhoton, 39, of Cumberland, Julius Spears, 27, of Celina, Tenn., and Amy Moore, 20, and Scott Ford, 25, both of Burkesville, were arrested and charged in the incidents. Each were lodged in the Barren County Correction Center.

Police charged Rhoton with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense. She is being held on a $5,000 bond. Spears was charged with two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, and is being held on a $2,500 bond. Ford was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, and is being held on a $5,000 bond. Moore was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, and is being held on a $1,500 bond.

Husband and wife arrested

Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley and deputies Jeff Wilson, Kenneth Glass and Wesley England arrested a husband and wife after responding to a drug complaint at their residence Wednesday, approximately six miles east of Munfordville.

Larry Bault, 64, and Melinda Bault, 46, were charged after the officers discovered 15 methamphetamine labs and a large quantity of drug paraphernalia at the residence, 24 Charlie Goodman Road, according to a Hart County Sheriff’s Office report.

Both were charged with 15 counts of manufacturing meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the report. They were lodged in the Hart County Jail on $100,000 cash bonds each, according to Sheriff Hensley.

The Greater Hardin County Drug Task Force assisted in the collection of evidence and disposal of the hazardous materials.
