Monica N. Morgan, 27, was charged with two counts of complicity to burglary, third degree, and two counts of complicity to theft by unlawful taking over $300; Chastiey E. Abston, 35, was charged with complicity to burglarly, third degree, complicity to theft by unlawful taking over $300, third-degree burglary, first-degree burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking over $300; Jonathan Childress, 18, and a juvenile were charged with first-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree burglary and three counts of theft by unlawful taking over $300. All suspects are from Cave City. The charges stem from an April 27 burglary at the Cave City Dairy Queen, a May 7 burglary of a residence on North Second Street and a May 15 burglary of Wide and Wonderful Gifts on Mammoth Cave Road, according to the Cave City Police Department. The arrests came following a joint investigation by the CCPD, the Kentucky State Police and the Barren-Edmonson County Drug Task Force. More arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
