Published May 14, 2008 01:45 pm - A Glasgow man was arrested Tuesday for carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Glasgow man arrested on weapons charges Staff report Glasgow Daily Times GLASGOW — A Glasgow man was arrested Tuesday for carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
Shawn D. Fultz, 22, of 1462 Dearing Drive, was also charged with defacing a firearm after officers discovered the serial numbers on the weapon had been defaced, according to the Glasgow Police Department. Officers speaking with Fultz had been advised that there were active arrest warrants out on him, police said. While searching him, they discovered a 25-caliber pistol on him. Fultz had failed to advise officers of the weapon until they started the search, according to the GPD. Officer Jesse Barton was the arresting officer.
