• Matthew Luke Martin, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted for operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence, second offense (aggravator – DUI); and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol which impairs one’s driving ability, fourth offense (aggravator – BA 0.18 or greater), based on testimony from Cave City Police Major Mike Gibbons, regarding events on Jan. 31, 2009.
• Dean Allen Baise, 27, of Glasgow, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine); possession of a controlled substance, first degree (Cocaine); possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense; and possession of marijuana; and Adrienne S. Riley, 42, of Glasgow, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine); possession of a controlled substance, first degree (Cocaine); possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense; and possession of marijuana, based on testimony from Kentucky State Police Trooper Daniel Stephens, regarding events on Sept. 13, 2008.
• Heather L. Fugate, 23, of Smiths Grove, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (Percocet); possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense; promoting contraband, first degree; possession of a controlled substance, second degree (Lorcet); possession of a controlled substance, third degree (Alprazolam); possession of marijuana; theft by unlawful taking under $300; and controlled substance prescription not in original container, first offense, based on testimony from Glasgow Police Officer Mike Houchens, regarding events on Jan. 26, 2009.
• Charles Anthony Vibbert, 22, of Center, was indicted for unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor, first offense, based on testimony from a Barren County Drug Task Force detective, regarding events on Jan. 2, 2008.
• Sheena D. Lemay, 24, of Rockfield, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, based on testimony from Glasgow Police officer Mike Houchens, regarding events on Dec. 11, 2008.
• Chad Alan Lemons, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted for possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense; and persistent felony offender, second degree, based on testimony from Glasgow Police Detective Jimmy Pedigo, regarding events on March 20, 2009.
• Kenneth Paul King, 29, of Glencoe, was indicted for possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense; and trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, based on testimony from a Barren County Drug Task Force detective, regarding events on Jan. 13, 2009.
An indictment represents a criminal charge and a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
