A Barren County Grand Jury met on March 27 and took the following actions:
• Aaron Keith Wright, 26, of Glasgow, was indicted for first degree burglary, seven counts of theft by unlawful taking over $300, second degree burglary, third degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking under $300, and three counts third degree burglary. Bryan David Slagle, 21, of Celina, Tenn., was indicted for second degree burglary, four counts theft by unlawful taking over $300, two counts third degree burglary, third degree criminal mischief; Christopher A. Jobe, 22, of Celina, Tenn., was indicted for second degree burglary, three counts theft by unlawful taking over $300, two counts third degree burglary, and third degree criminal mischief, based on testimony from Barren County Sheriff’s deputy Steve Runyon regarding events between January and February 2009.
• Jason L. Grider, 31, of Etoile, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and first offense possession of drug paraphernalia, based on testimony from a Barren County Drug Task Force detective, regarding events on Jan. 21.
• Mark Alan Bruton, 33, of Cub Run, was indicted for possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, weapon enhancement; and possession of a controlled substance, third degree (Clonazepam), weapon enhancement; based on testimony from Cave City Police Major Mike Gibbons, regarding events on Dec. 10, 2008.
• Donnie R. Pedigo, 41, of Glasgow, was indicted for unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities, based on testimony from Kentucky State Police Detective Mike May, regarding events between Jan. 1 and Feb. 25, 2009.
• Anthony W. Cash, 28, and Eric William Weyrauch, 27, both of Glasgow, were indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $300, four counts; criminal mischief, third degree, four counts; burglary, third degree, three counts; criminal mischief, first degree, two counts; receiving stolen property over $300; and James G. Webster, 23, of Marengo, Ind., was indicted for burglary, third degree; theft by unlawful taking over $300; criminal mischief, first degree; and tampering with physical evidence, based on testimony from Barren County Sheriff's deputy Steve Runyon, regarding events between December 2007 and January 2009.
• Daniel Rex Fravala, 20, of Glasgow, was indicted for receiving stolen property over $300 (vehicle); possession of marijuana; and controlled substance prescription not in original container, first offense, based on testimotny from Barren County Sheriff Chris Eaton, regarding events on Jan. 10, 2009.
• Jimmy Robert York, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted for receiving stolen property over $300 (vehicle); resisting arrest; public intoxication; and persistent felony offender, second degree, based on Glasgow Police officer Charlie Eubank, regarding events on March 7.
• Chad Alan Lemons, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking (firearm) and persistent felony offender, second degree, based on testimony from Barren County Sheriff’s Detective Rusty Anderson, regarding events during July of 2008.
• William “Billy” Ray Walker, 44, of Glasgow, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $300; and persistent felony offender, second degree, based on testimony from Glasgow Police detective Aaron Bennett, regarding events between Jan. 1 and Jan. 9, 2009.
• Shelia Myers Hale, 42, of Glasgow, was indicted for forgery of a prescription, based on testimony from Glasgow Police Detective Jimmy Phelps, regarding events on Dec. 15, 2008.
• Eddie Dean Mitchell, 35, of Glasgow, was indicted for criminal possession of a forged instrument, second degree, five counts; and persistent felony offender, second degree, based on testimony from Glasgow Police Detective Aaron Bennett, regarding events during February of 2008.
• Billy Joe Johnson, 29, of Cave City, was indicted for fleeing or evading police, first degree; operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license; reckless driving; and persistent felony offender, first degree, based on testimony from Cave City Police Major Mike Gibbons, regarding events on Feb. 12, 2009.
• Mark Steve Wooten, 40, of Glasgow, was indicted for fleeing or evading police, first degree; leaving the scene of an accident/ failure to render aid; and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol which impairs one’s driving ability, first offense (aggravator — BA 0.18 or greater) based on testimony from Glasgow Police officer Brad Lewis, regarding events on Feb. 18, 2009.
