Five hurt in accidents

Five people were injured Tuesday in separate accidents.
Around 5 a.m., Malo Strader, 29, of Hiseville, lost control of her car while traveling on U.S. 31E north in the Goodnight community, according to the Barren County Sheriff’s Department.
She was transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital where she was treated and released.
Shortly after 9 a.m., Sheila Maningoine, 32, of Railton, lost control of her vehicle while traveling east on New Bowling Green Road, authorities said.
Her vehicle left the road and overturned several times, ejecting a passenger, Amanda Papineau, 15, also of Railton.
The victims were taken to T.J. Samson where they were treated and released.
Just before 2 p.m., Matthew C. Estes, 23, of Grinstead Mill Road, was going around a curve on Wilson Road when he lost control of his car and struck a tree. He was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released.
At 4 p.m., an accident occurred on Siloam Road. Brandon Netherton, 19, of Glasgow, met another vehicle in his lane of traffic, which forced his car off the roadway and into an embankment.
