Recognition of the Glasgow Lady Scotties

John Taylor, Belinda Coulter and Janet Wiley of Taylor, Polson & Company, CPA’s to

present the annual audit as of June 30, 2013

Municipal Order, jointly and in cooperation with the Barren County Judge/Executive,

Jason Escamilla is hereby appointed to the Glasgow/Barren Tourist and Convention

Commission to fill the unexpired term of Darren Geary. This appointment is for a three

(3) year term expiring June 30, 2015 and is subject to the approval of the Glasgow City

Council, this 10th day of February, 2014.

Departmental presentations to continue with updates from supervisors of the Parks &

Recreation Department and the Building/Code Enforcement Office:

●Eddie Furlong, Director of Parks &Recreation to present annual updates

●Thom Kendall, Building Inspector/Planning Administrator to present updates from the

Building and Code Enforcement Office.


Kentucky League of Cities annual City Day/City Night will be held in Frankfort on

February 12th. For those planning on attending, you will need to register at or

phone 1-800-876-4552 before February 5th. This event gives city officials an

opportunity to come together in support of the issues that matter most to city


City Hall will be closed Monday, February 17th in observance of President’s Day.

Popcorn & a Movie Series will continue at the Plaza with:

The Hunchback of Notre Dame on Friday, February 21st
