Salem Saints players went 7-4-2 for the week. Finishing up the forth week of parity in Valley League play the Bantam 1 team is still undefeated at 6-0 with four of them shutouts. Parity rounds continue to end of October.

Squirts

The Squirt 1 team went 1-1-0. Losing to Reading on Saturday in a 3-2 close game and getting a shutout on Sunday, 2-0, against North Reading. Goals for the weekend were scored by Dylan Salvo, Landon Krekorian (2) and Justin Lamb and assists by Landon Krekorian, Aidan Breen and Joseph Moore. Padraig Capsalis credited with the shut out.

The Squirt 2's were undefeated this weekend beating Reading 6-0 and Melrose 4-3. Goals credited to Thomas DeFelice, Mason Healey, Michael Vicente, Jason Heckman, Eric DeFelice, Shea Kingsley, Mason Healey and Patrick Hare(3). Assists to Matt Diprizio, Patrick Hare, Mason Healey, Shea Kingsley, Michael Vicente, Eric DeFelice (2) and Matt Bergeron (2),

PeeWees

The PeeWee 1 lost their only game for the week to Acton Boxboro, 4-2. A strong second and third period were not enough to overcome the slow start.

The PeeWee 2 won back to back games bringing there overall record to 3-3. The first win was against Chelmsford on Saturday, 2-1 with goals were scored by Abigail Lagos and Seth McCarthy assisted by Joseph Goudey. They finished the weekend with a win Tewksbury Sunday morning 3-2 with goals scored by Seth McCarthy, Dustin Kingsley, and Joey Goudey, with assists by Curtis Culcasi and Ryan Vallon. Both games were back stopped by the goaltending tandem of Nick Sturgess and Evan Phair

Bantams

The undefeated Bantam 1 team recorded two shutouts this weekend, against Melrose, 5-0 and Andover, 9-0. Matt Bauchmand had an amazing game against Melrose scoring 4 goals and Jason Parker getting the other. Matt Halaby and Kenny Sturgess were superb between the pipes, turning away all 22 shots they faced. The Andover win was lead by Matt Bauchman (3), Dylan Yameen (2), Dustin Lubinger, Shane Morin, Jason Parker and Brian Frazier.

The Bantam 2 team lost a tight game 4-2 loss Saturday against Woburn.

The Bantam 3 team played 0-1-1 for the weekend tying Tewksbury 2-2 and loosing a close one to Woburn 1-0.

Midgets

The Midget 2 team tied against Groton during the week at 3-3 with goals by Jon Longstaffe, Ryan Corbett and Jovanni Geha with assists by Brian Blanchette, Ryan Corbett and Jon Longstaffe. The team suffered their first loss of the season against Arlington, 2-0 on Sunday evening.
