Harry Spillman of Spillman Photography placed fourth in the annual Kentucky Professional Photographers Association (KPPA) Photographic competition.
Of the 250 prints submitted to the KPPA competition, Spillman received a first and third placing in illustrative and a third place for wedding portraits. He has been taking award-winning photographs for more than 30 years. He specializes in portraits and weddings.
