A Horse Cave woman died Tuesday at the scene of a collision on Veterans Outer Loop at Franks Mill Road in Glasgow, according to a Kentucky State Police press release.
At approximately 2:25 p.m., Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green responded to the two-vehicle wreck at the intersection, and the press release states that, according to Trooper Lonnie Hodges, Kathy Cross, 46, was operating a 1992 Dodge Spirit westbound on Franks Mill Road when she attempted to cross Veterans Outer Loop.
