9:40 MORNING UPDATE: Deputy released from UofL; suspect arrested

GLASGOW —

Harvey was lodged in the Barren County Detention center on a $50,000 cash bond, according to the jail's website.

Deputy Adam Bow made the arrest.

Additional details regarding the arrest were not available at press time Tuesday morning.

The state police are investigating the crash in which Houchens was injured. Trooper Wes Medley is leading in the investigation of the crash and was assisted on the scene by Sgt. Jermaine Savage and Trooper Raymond Chambers.
