Joseph Roger Arbogast, center, stands in Barren County Circuit Court on his 18th birthday Monday to have his sentence reevaluated as an adult. Arbogast pleaded guilty in 2012 to an armed robbery that took place in October of 2011, when Arbogast was 16. Judge Phil Patton upheld his earlier sentence of 10 years imprisonment for Arbogast.
