Magistrate Chris Steward speaks out in opposition of the Barren County Fiscal Court's actions Tuesday night in reference to a court settlement with the Glasgow Daily Times over an open records case. The fiscal court voted in open session Tuesday night to confirm a settlement with the Daily Times, but the agreement had actually been made in a closed session in January, against open meetings law, Steward said.Amanda Loviza Vickery / Glasgow Daily Times
