Numerous pieces of trash are among the leaves and eroded soil pulled from a curbside drainage box on McGrah Avenue on Tuesday, and city workers say this is not unusual regardless of the location in Glasgow and that a reduction in littering would help considerably in preventing the clogging of storm water drainage.
