Tompkinsville City Clerk Jennifer Arms explains a chart regarding real estate and property tax rates to city commissioners during a special-called meeting Tuesday at the Monroe County Board of Eduation. The meeting was held at the board of education due to another group using the Monroe County Economic Development Center, which is where the commission typically meets.
