Cigarettes collected during the Barren-Hart-Metcalfe Kentucky Agency for Substance Policy Reward and Remind project are displayed in a pile. The project reminds retailers it is against the law to sell tobacco products to persons under the age of 18. The project featured teens ages 15 to 17 who were hired to see whether they could buy cigarettes at various retail outlets in Barren, Hart and Metcalfe counties. Submitted
